Hunger Games parody w/Sonic characters

I think Hunger Games is my new obsession now.  Can't . . . stop . . . drawing concepts . . .

I've been reading and watching the Hunger Games series recently, and I couldn't help but continue the idea of a Sonic parody. 

I tried my best to pick Sonic characters that fit each role in relationship with Lara-su and the personalities of the Hunger Games characters, but I'm still stuck on who the other tributes would be.  Since Lara-su is from the Archie Sonic comic: , I chose characters mainly from those comics to remain consistent with the theme.  But I can't help think I messed up on some roles . . .
